Important Note: To prevent the risk of injury, all of these balance challenges should be completed in a safe, open environment, free from clutter or obstacles. Use arm support if needed, and don’t try anything alone or if you are experiencing pain or are uncomfortable.
Don't get discouraged if any of these exercises are too challenging. Balance is a skill, but if practiced frequently, you will improve! The better your balance is, the less likely you are to fall and have an injury.
