If you have Tricare Select, simply obtain a prescription from your physician. ITW will file all claims to Tricare leaving you with a just a small co-insurance.
Tricare Prime members should ask their physician to submit a request to Tricare for pre-authorization of services. While this is required for Active Duty sponsors, dependents and retired members may choose to receive services without pre-authorization and have claims processed as Point of Service (POS).
