Dr. Tracy Hernandez is  a biomechanical expert and excels at treating all orthopedic injuries including spinal dysfunction.  She also specializes in treating  chronic musculoskeletal pain. She has spent 22 years treating patients, continuing her education and evolving her treatment techniques to address complex cases of musculoskeletal pain.   In addition to her Doctorate in Physical Therapy, she has a Masters in Sport Medicine with an emphasis in Biomechanics.

Her passion is getting to the root of the problem and returning people to the activities they love.  As a lifelong learner, she continues to train in a variety of treatment techniques and movement related fields to bring her clients the latest cutting edge treatments. 

​A native of California, Dr. Hernandez has been active her entire life.  She spent her  youth keeping up with 3 brothers and playing various sports including traveling soccer.  Dr. Hernandez settled on the east coast after graduate school.  She has been married for  18 years  and loves spending time with her husband and children.  She enjoys outdoor activities including biking,  hiking,  roller blading, and paddle boarding, and loves traveling abroad and learning new things.
