The Pilates program at Innovative Therapy & Wellness is a '"whole-istic" approach to fitness linking both mental and physical conditioning to achieve maximum efficiency and integration of movement, balance, and coordination. Our Pilates program includes work on the mat and the apparatus. We will design your program to continually challenge and improve your performance. Our Pilates staff are fully certified, have undergone an intensive residency program, and continue to pursue education in fitness, motor learning, and movement re-education.
