What is an Infrared Sauna?
An infrared sauna is a unit which uses infrared heaters to emit infrared spectrums experienced as heat which is absorbed by the surface of the skin. As your body absorbs the infrared heat, this will increase your core body temperature inducing a deep and relaxing sweat.

What to expect
Upon checking in at our front desk, you will be directed back to the infrared sauna. A bath towel, hand towel, and wash rag will be provided. Sessions are scheduled for 45 minutes to allow a few minutes to undress and get settled. We recommend spending 20-30 minutes in the sauna for maximum benefit.
What to wear
We recommend wearing undergarments or a swimwear in the sauna unit. However, you may choose to wear loose fitting clothing such as shorts and a loose top.
Other tips
Stay hydrated! Drink plenty of liquids prior to and after your session. Limit food intake to at least an hour before your sauna session. Your body will be able to detox more effectively because it will not be using that energy for digestion. You may choose to listen to music, read a book, or just enjoy the quiet and relax.
